NEW YORK – Dec 29, 2025 – PRLog — Career coach and leadership expert Rosann Santos, CPC, has announced the upcoming launch of Coach & Sip, a new live, in-person career coaching experience set to roll out in 2026. The announcement was made through a newly released video introducing the concept and inviting professionals to join the waitlist ahead of official dates and locations.

Coach & Sip is designed as a relaxed, real-world alternative to traditional coaching sessions. Each experience centers on a focused 30-minute coaching conversation hosted at local cafes, coffee shops, or breweries, where participants can work through one specific career challenge while enjoying a meal and beverage provided as part of the experience.

“Coach & Sip is about meeting people where they actually are,” said Santos. “Not in a boardroom, not in a seminar, but in everyday spaces where honest conversations happen. When you remove pressure, clarity has room to show up.”

The concept is built for professionals who feel stuck, blocked, or burned out, those craving a pivot or fresh direction, and anyone curious about coaching but unsure where to begin. Rather than overwhelming participants with frameworks or long-term commitments, Coach & Sip focuses on uncovering the single issue holding someone back and creating forward momentum through clarity and perspective.

Santos is a certified professional career coach with deep expertise in strengths-based coaching, leadership development, and reframing impostor syndrome. Her approach blends practical habit-building with insight-driven coaching that helps clients reconnect with their capabilities and confidence.

The newly released video introduces Coach & Sip as a coming soon experience and directs viewers to join the waitlist. Those who sign up will receive early access to future in-person events and also have the option to schedule a 30-minute virtual consultation prior to the live rollout.
