NEW YORK – April 30, 2025 – PRLog — Certified Career Coach Rosann Santos, CPC, tackles one of the most common questions she receives—“What kind of results can I expect from career coaching?”—in Episode 7 of her hit YouTube series, Rosann’s Career Corner.
In the latest episode, Santos lays it out with no fluff and all facts: “There are three things I aim to eliminate from your existence,” she says. “Low confidence, low self-actualization, and imposter syndrome. My goal is to replace those with supreme self-confidence, a belief that you can accomplish anything, and the deep understanding that you belong at the table.”

Ms. Santos, who has helped professionals across industries level up their careers, argues that humility—while noble—isn’t always strategic. “Humble isn’t always the best approach when it comes to the highly competitive career space,” she explains. “Especially when your competitors are showing up bold, loud, and ready to claim it all.”
She draws comparisons to elite-level sports coaching to illustrate her point, referencing two legendary names: Geno Auriemma and Phil Jackson. “Geno led UCONN’s women’s basketball team to 17 undefeated conference seasons and 11 national championships. Phil Jackson? Six rings with the Bulls. Five with the Lakers. That’s what I call results,” says Santos.
The message is clear—career coaching, when done right, produces visible, measurable, game-changing results.
