She defined this as, “Intentionality is the foundation of our actions and beliefs. It is the quality that sets humans apart from other animals and machines. Intentionality is the ability to act with purpose and meaning, to have a reason behind what we do.”

She also mentioned a quote from Carl Jung, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” She explained how deep seated beliefs and parts of our personalities that we aren’t even aware of are in control and we don’t even know it.
