Harvard Law School conducted a study to report on the current state of diversity in the C-suite. The study analyzed 1,583 executives at the 100 largest companies in the S&P500 and concluded that only 23% of S&P100 C-suite members were either Hispanic/Latino, Black or Asian.The study also reported that only 28% of S&P100 C-suite members were women.
With the American workforce being 37% Asian, Black, or Hispanic/ Latino and 47% being women, diversity does not seem to be free-flowing into leadership.

The study found that Corporate America C-suites are still disproportionately white and male dominant. By and large, Women, Black, and Hispanic/Latino executives are under-represented among most C-suite positions.
