When asked how the average person can cultivate gravitas in their life she responded, “The first step is to develop a deep understanding of our values and beliefs. We need to have a clear sense of who we are and what we stand for. We also need to develop our knowledge and expertise in our chosen field, so that we can speak with authority and confidence.”
