She addressed the issue of leadership within the Washington Commanders organization by stating, “Dan Snyder has been found to lead an organization with a toxic work culture over multiple decades…even avoiding subpoenas and obstructing a 14-month congressional inquiry.”

She went on to say, “All this time I’m thinking the NFL is working to clean up its act, find ways to attract new viewership with women, improve policies for domestic violence, increase…this is not going to happen when at the highest level of leadership we allow this from Snyder and employees. There has to be a push for education, training, better DEI hiring practices, and better understanding from people who make the rules. It is time for Sports & Entertainment, the NFL, the Washington Commanders to bring in speakers that look like me, have my knowledge and experience to bring in high quality training and coaching to make your organization be loved in the way it was meant to be.”
